The Wilton Depot was designed by William D. Washburn and built by the Washburn and Fort Buford Railroad Company in 1900. In 1907 it was purchased by the Soo Line Railroad Company. The depot was moved to a new location in Wilton in 1976. Future plans are to restore it to house a museum.
